Shipping Information
We’re excited to get your order to you! Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping within the US for $2. Free Shipping is automatically applied to all orders at/over $100.
Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 to 5 business days after processing.
Once your order has been shipped, Nell's Girl is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged products.
Delivery Issues: If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as loss or damage products (due to shipping carrier), please contact the shipping carrier directly for resolution.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered! If you need to make a return, here’s how our process works:
Returns: We accept returns for store credit only. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.
Sale: ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
Pop-ups: ALL MARKET/POP-UP SALES ARE FINAL SALE
Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order placed before fulfillment is made please note refunds will only be made in the form of store credit only.
Damaged Items: If you have any issues with your item(s) received it must be reported within 2 days of receiving the order.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is received. If you'd like, we can provide one for you and deduct the shipping costs from your store credit return!
Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll issue a refund in the form of store credit for the purchase price of the item minus a 2% restocking fee. Store credit will be applied to your account within 1-3 business days and can be used towards future purchases. We currently do not offer refunds back onto your original payment method or exchanges.
How to Request a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at Hello@nellsgirlboutique.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please provide a reasoning as to way you wish to return this item.
- Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a return instructions for sending back your items.
- Ship Back: Follow the provided instructions to return your items.
